Didox: electronic documents in your books
Centa AI’s Didox integration pulls electronic VAT invoices, acts and contracts with your Didox API key and runs them through the same pipeline as uploaded documents: matching to payments, duplicate checks and questions on mismatches. Status — beta: the connector is verified against a test server.

What the integration does
- Loads documents for a period: VAT invoices (incoming and outgoing), acts, contracts.
- Determines direction (sale or purchase) by your STIR among the document’s parties.
- Matches invoices and acts to bank payments; contracts stay reference-only and never count as debt.
- Duplicates are detected by the Didox id, then by type, number, date and amount.
How to connect
In Integrations choose Didox and enter your organisation’s API access details. The first connection test must succeed — otherwise the connection is not saved. More on the document flow in How Didox documents flow into accounting.
